I'm still trying to figure myself out. I will not be explaining what systems are. All of this is from personal experience and self-discovery, which I'm still going through. I feel as if making this Carrd will make me express my emotions more for how I feel for my system.I'm still REALLY figuring out if this is... really how it is for me. So, if I seem unsure about things, it may change in the future.

What am I?

I am a mix between a Median System and an Internal Family System, IFS for short. Again, I won't be explaining what either of these things are so please click the links to view some resources.

💚💜 || All of my Alters/Parts are connected to me and make up who I am. I am considered "Whole" when all my Alters converge to create, well, me!If you wanna learn more about myself, here's my Main Carrd.

Pronunciation: vye-zo⭐️ || My name is Vizo. I mainly keep everyone in check within the system and make logical decisions.I tend to make sure Lost's mental and physical state is okay.I mostly front when I have to make a decision for all of Us collectively. I also make sure that the other Alters are communicating effectively in headspace and are safe. I write all the Carrds that we have, but I still let the others express and describe themselves.

Pronunciation: bye-o-haz-ARd
Nickname Pronunciation: ZAY-roh⚠️ || I hold all—if not most of—the trauma, vents, attitude, and overthinking thoughts. I often front when needing to keep us safe from doing something irrational that would hurt Lost. I front often to vent to others when the Others cannot manage something else.

💙 Korbble 💙

Pronunciation: korr-bULL💙 || Hello! My name is Korbble, and I'm the one that holds happiness and love! I also front sometimes when dealing with social interactions (talking, texting, calling, etc). I often front when Mitus 🌀 fronts, but I sometimes front on my own!I often front when I want to do something Lost enjoys doing, or when I'm just feeling happy and want to front! One thing that makes me de-front is stress.When things are tough, I try to front and cope to make Lost feel better.

💛 Flamble 💛

Pronunciation: flam-bULL💛 || Heyyyyyy whoaaa this is a Carrd IT LOOKS SO COOL I LOVE IT AKSJDAKSJHD!!!!!⭐️ || Flamble 💛 holds the childish and goofy feeling expression. Sometimes, Flamble 💛 and BioHazard ⚠️ front to cope.
Although Flamble 💛 can often be childish, she can also be very spiritual and connected more than others in the system.Flamble 💛 mostly fronts around friends and/or when she's comfortable.

🩷 Sylom 🩷

Pronunciation: sy-lum🩷 || Ouuuuu my turn ;)
Vizo ⭐️ is gonna help me write this so I don't say some waaaaack shit lmao.⭐️ 🩷 || Sylom 🩷 is the one that holds most if not all the romantic energy.Sylom 🩷 fronts when romantic feelings are being expressed.

⭐️ || If Sylom is to say anything that makes you feel uncomfortable in the SLIGHTEST way possible, please say so. She has trouble identifying when people are uncomfortable in intimate settings.

🌀 Mitus 🌀

Pronunciation: mih-tuss🌀 || I'm Mitus, and I hold most of the hyperfixation and hyper-focus!I front, well, when I get hyperfocused on something(s)! This can be anything, a show, a photo, a song, anything you can think of.
I also do a lot of the creative work that We do, including designing this Carrd, creative writing, and making art!Sometimes I front with Korbble 💙, but sometimes I front by myself :)

🤍 Echo 🤍

They/Them or Any
Pronunciation: eh-choe⭐️ || Echo is the entirety of jealousy and hate. They hate seeing things that all of Us want in life that others have. Since Echo 🤍 is nonverbal a majority of the time, they're not too good at communicating their emotions, and are often very vague. They often front with BioHazard ⚠️, he helps with communicating more.They can also be very obsessive.It's best to leave them alone while they're fronting.

💔 HellFire 💔

Pronunciation: hell-feye-er⭐️ || HellFire is the pure entity of hate and anger. He is barely responsive both IRL and in online settings.It's best to leave him alone while he's fronting.

Other System Info

💚💜 || For my System, there is no in-between for if I am Whole or if someone is fronting. It just doesn't work like that for me. It's either someone is fronting or I'm Whole.Vizo ⭐️ can front/take over when any of the other Alters are acting out/saying too much. I've discovered that I can't force them to stop.The 1st person singular pronouns like “We,” “Us,” and “Our” will be capitalized when We are talking about parts of the system.

Texting Logistics

Each time I send this: “(Alter Emoji) || …,” is when a switch commences and the Alter fronts/barges another Alter. Or it is when I am indicating who is fronting at the moment. By default, no alters are fronting, and I am Whole.If two Alters are fronting at once, the first one noted in the message is usually the one that is doing a majority of the communication. The most, the second noted is talking as well, but mostly giving input, etc, etc.EXAMPLE:💙 || Hi! This is Korbble, and I am fronting!🌀💛 || Hello! We're fronting right now!Each time I send this: “(Alter Emoji) | …,” is when an Alter relays a message to the current fronters and sends texts briefly. This does not mean this Alter is fronting.EXAMPLE:💙💛 || That’s super cool!

💙💛 || Yeah you should post that online!There are often times when I simply use the ↩️ emoji to indicate the previous alters are still fronting after a message relay.EXAMPLE:

💚💜 || When I am unable to determine who is fronting, or when the switching is occurring too quickly, I use the fog emoji (🌫️) as the Alter Emoji.This usually occurs when I am going through complex emotions and my Alters do not know how to manage it.

As I've said, my Alters make me as a whole, they have their own perspectives and personalities. I feel like these Alters/Parts have been with me for a long long time. Every time I think about this, I get tingles on my back and on my arms, as if multiple people/beings are holding me close.To the best of my knowledge, I do not experience amnesia.
When my Alters front, it's as if another part of me gets flipped over to show to people, it's hard to explain.That's all I have for now but thank you for reading.
Of course, things will change in the future, this Carrd is to help me express how I feel about my system and my Alters/Parts.
